TERMS & CONDITIONS

By registering for the Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms") outlined by Richworks International Sdn. Bhd. (“RichWorks”). Please review these Terms carefully.

Eligibility

1. Participation in the Program is open to individuals who meet the specified eligibility criteria outlined in the Program details. (or any professionals that wish to explore new knowledge for self-improvement, not limited to specific criteria)
2. Participants must be at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental/guardian consent to participate in the Program.

Registration

1. To register for the Program, the participant(s) must complete the online registration form and provide accurate and complete information. Upon submitting the registration application, the participant is deemed to have read and accepted the terms and conditions herein.
2. Registration is subject to acceptance and availability. Richworks reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at our sole discretion.
3. By registering, the participant(s) agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about themselves/the appointed representative as prompted by the registration form.

Fees & Payment

1. The Program fees, if applicable, are detailed on the registration platform. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
2. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration using the methods specified on the registration platform.

Personal Data Protection Notice

1. In line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), the participant(s) personal data and other information provided in this application including any additional information that may subsequently be provided, may be used and processed by RichWorks. By registering for the Program, the participant(s) have consented to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Access Link

1. A notification e-mail with the access link will be sent at least 24 hours before the commencement of the training program.
2. The access link is unique for the registered participant(s) and should not be forwarded or shared with others.

Transfer / Replacement / Absence

1. Transfer of registration fee to another training program is NOT allowed.
2. Replacing registered participant(s) is ONLY allowed for one time only and fourteen (14) days before the commencement date of the training program (exclude the commencement date) – subject to written request & approval by Richworks
3. RichWorks reserves the right to modify or cancel the Program, its content, schedule, venue(s), speaker(s), trainer(s), or any other changes due to any unforeseen circumstances that may arise without prior notice to the participant(s). RichWorks also reserves the right to make alternative arrangements without prior notice.

Certificate of Completion/Attendance

1. Participants will be issued a Certificate of Completion (digital copy will be sent via to your registered email) for upon full attendance of the program and payment is received.
2. RichWorks shall not entertain any request for any certificate replacement due to errors in the information wrongly filled by the participant/representative during registration or loss of certificate, etc.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the Program, including but not limited to training materials, presentations, and documentation, are the property of RichWorks and are protected by intellectual property laws.

The materials of the training programs are solely for participants’ personal use. No part of these materials may be stored, reproduced, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including photocopying, e-mailing, and recording, without the written permission of RichWorks.

Information contained in all mediums is understood to be correct at the time of writing. The assessments and views expressed in these materials shall be treated/regarded purely for public information and discussion and it does not constitute formal advice. The views provided are for general information to provide better clarity and understanding of the subject matter. In no event shall RichWorks be liable for any damages, whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tort, arising from the contents of these materials.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the Program. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the Program.

Exclusion of Liability

The speaker(s) and/or trainer(s) are independent and shall not represent RichWorks, act as its agent, or otherwise represent that their personal views are endorsed by RichWorks. The assessments and views expressed during the training programs are entirely the speakers’/trainers’ own. RichWorks shall not be liable for whatsoever circumstances arising from any engagements between the speaker(s) and/or trainer(s) and the participant(s).

Disclaimer

RichWorks accepts NO responsibility for death, illness, injury, loss or damage of any property belongings to, or financial loss by any persons attending the programs, whatever the cause. RichWorks shall not be responsible for any costs, damages, or losses incurred by participants due to the changes and/or cancellations.

RichWorks shall not be responsible for the integrity of participants’ computers or devices, your internet signal bandwidth, or any other consideration outside of the control of RichWorks. RichWorks shall not be responsible for any programs or technical malfunction, including without limitation, the acts, problems, or malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail, traffic congestion on the internet or at any web or combination thereof.

Amendments

RichWorks reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the registration platform, and it is the participant's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

By registering for the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
