Q: Who can participate in TheClassroom by RichWorks Academy Program?
A: Participation is open to individuals who meet the specified eligibility criteria outlined in the Program details. This includes any professional interested in self-improvement, without specific limitations.

Q: Is there an age requirement for participants?
A: Yes, participants must be at least 18 years old. Those under 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent to participate in the Program.

Q: How do I register for TheClassroom by RichWorks Academy Program?
A: To register, complete the online registration form with accurate and complete information. By submitting the registration, you agree to the terms and conditions.

Q: Can my registration be denied?
A: Yes, registration is subject to acceptance and availability. RichWorks reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at its discretion.

A: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself or your appointed representative.

Q: Are there any fees for the Program?

Q: How is my personal data handled?
A: In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), your personal data and other provided information may be used and processed by RichWorks. By registering, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Q: How will I receive access to the training program?
A: A notification email with the access link will be sent at least 24 hours before the commencement of the training program.

Q: Can I share my access link with others?
A: No, the access link is unique to the registered participant and should not be shared or forwarded to others.

Q: Can I transfer my registration to another program?
A: No, transfer of registration fees to another training program is not allowed.

Q: Can I replace a registered participant with someone else?
A: Yes, replacing a registered participant is allowed once and must be done at least fourteen (14) days before the program's commencement date, subject to written request and approval by RichWorks.

Q: What happens if there are changes to the program?
A: RichWorks reserves the right to modify or cancel the Program, its content, schedule, venue(s), speaker(s), or trainer(s) due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice. Alternative arrangements may be made if necessary.

Q: Will I receive a certificate upon completing the program?
A: Yes, participants who attend the entire program and have made the full payment will receive a digital Certificate of Completion via email.

Q: Can I request a replacement certificate?
A: RichWorks does not provide replacement certificates for errors made during registration or loss of the certificate.

Q: Can I use the materials provided during the program?
A: The materials are for personal use only. They cannot be stored, reproduced, or transmitted without written permission from RichWorks.

Q: Are the views expressed in the materials formal advice?
A: No, the views expressed are for general information and discussion. They do not constitute formal advice, and RichWorks is not liable for any damages arising from the contents of these materials.

Q: What behavior is expected during the program?
A: Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the Program.

Q: Is RichWorks responsible for the views expressed by speakers/trainers?
A: No, speakers and trainers are independent and do not represent RichWorks. RichWorks is not liable for any issues arising from engagements between speakers/trainers and participants.

Q: What happens if I experience technical issues during the program?
A: RichWorks is not responsible for technical issues, including problems with internet signal, computer systems, or software malfunctions. Participants are responsible for their own devices and internet connection.

Q: Is RichWorks liable for any damages or losses?
A: RichWorks accepts no responsibility for death, illness, injury, loss of property, or financial loss by participants attending the programs, whatever the cause. They are also not responsible for costs, damages, or losses due to changes or cancellations of the program.

Q: Can the terms and conditions be changed?
A: Yes, RichWorks reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the registration platform, and participants are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.
